In harmony with nature
We are committed to sustainable cuisine and the use of natural products and therefore rely heavily upon products from our region.
We have a close relationship to the soil and have deeply-held convictions about the need to bring agriculture and tourism into balance. That's why we use products from nearby farmsteads, wherever possible. In the near future, the Tschötsch Alm will have its own herbal garden in which various alpine herbs, vegetables, and other plants will be cultivated for use in our kitchen. Our wines include a selection of local vintages from our own Zu Tschötsch Hof.
We obtain our products from the following farmsteads in the Schlern area and South Tyrol in general:
Zu Tschötsch – St. Oswald
Pflegerhof – St. Oswald
Puntschiederhof – St. Vigil
Simmele Müllerhof – St. Vigil
Tasiolerhof – Völs
Brimi – frische Bauernmilch
Partschillerhof – Völs
Kaltenbrunnhof – Tisens
Schlernhof – Kastelruth
Zu Plun – St. Valentin
Walchhof – Barbian
Gostnerhof – St. Leonhard
