When it comes to cuisine, we are perfectionists.

The kitchen team is dedicated to creating thoughtfully prepared culinary creations. South Tyrolean cuisine at its finest, shaped by the quality and diversity of our region. We place particular emphasis on seasonal ingredients from the Dolomites region Alpe di Siusi and the surrounding areas of South Tyrol and, wherever possible, work with local producers. In this way, we combine authentic flavours with short supply chains and a conscious approach to the resources of our region.

On the sunny terrace, as well as indoors, floor-to-ceiling windows offer magnificent views of the Dolomites. The traditional Stube charms with its distinctive character and relaxed elegance.
