In preparing the non-alcoholic beverages you can enjoy here, we have likewise emphasized the use of local products.

We make the most of what nature has to offer.
Depending on the season, we gather a variety of flowers and herbs from our meadows, as well as Swiss stone pine and mountain pine from the surrounding forests. We use these precious ingredients to create our own juices and drinks, made with local produce, plenty of care and a true sense of craftsmanship.
We serve also raspberry, elderflower and blackcurrant juices, as well as our own special creations, such as our delicate strawberry and mountain pine buttermilk, made with strawberries sourced from local farms.

When winter arrives, our classic favourites are particularly popular – such as the traditional „Heiße Oma“ or „Calimero“.
