Exclusive enjoyment: At the Tschötsch Alm, you'll find not only inspired cuisine with an alpine-Mediterranean flair, but also rustic specialties.

Whenever possible, we choose ingredients and products from within a maximum radius of 20 kilometres. Much of what we serve comes from local farms and producers nearby – and some ingredients grow right on our doorstep.

We personally gather selected herbs and ingredients around the Tschötsch Alm, at an altitude of 2,000 metres, following the seasons and taking what nature has to offer at the time: wild spinach, yarrow, thyme, marjoram and many other herbs.

We know where our products come from and personally know many of our suppliers. Wherever possible, we choose to source as close to home as we can.

Not everything can be sourced locally. But wherever possible, we focus on short distances, seasonal produce and making the most of what our surroundings have to offer.

Time to stop and enjoy
From 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, we serve a selection of small dishes, homemade cakes, traditional South Tyrolean Marende and drinks.

Our hot kitchen is open from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm.
