... together with my brother from the Tschötsch winery, the idea was born to let one of the vines from his vineyard in St. Oswald climb a proud 1,260 metres and leave it here on the Tschötsch Alm at 2,000 metres entirely to nature. The many warm summer days and the snow in winter as protection and water supply should actually be good conditions for growth at this altitude ... let's stay curious!
